Amigurumi Simon ^^

hello. here is my submission.

picture 1 - this was my original idea. as you can see, it's a cheese. ok so it also has a christmas-sy mouse hugging it. it also has a small mouse i made out of clay, a racing flag (to represent the racing game mode), a cannon ball (to represent the survivor game mode) and a defilante +1 token (to represent the game mode called defilante).

picture 2- this was also another idea i had. i prefered the first one in the end, but i still really liked the other idea so i decided to do it aswell! this time i made a plush mouse out of felt, a cheese made from card with fluffy white stuff to represent snow, and cheese!. yes, the cheese that the mouse is eating is real cheese, so are the other cheeses on the fake cheese.

(also bare with me, the 1st spoilered photo has the piece of paper with my name on. i had to retake it because i forgot to do it the first time i took the photos with the tree and stuff)

not only are these decorations for Simon, i realized that it was a perfect (hobby during final exam season) and reflection of my year. christmas consists of thinking of others and giving the greatest amount of happiness. 2020 has been an unprecedented journey, however there’s always an opportunity to look at the positive. my project display symbolizes the outlet, creativity, and friendships that transformice has given me. the best part is that each piece resembles something meaningful such as the international flag. my closest friends reside all over the world, from north/south america to europe to africa and the middle east, to australia; yet they all have one thing in common, the relationships have stemmed from this platform. although we may not be able to spend christmas with our entire family this year, follow my mouse friends and i’s journey visiting (me in) Canada, and spend time online with your loved ones! i’m wishing everyone a happy holiday! additionally, i've discovered that i love doing origami.

Justo en el tiempo, apenas me enteré del concurso a través del discord me puse a hacer una lista de mi lluvia de ideas, es una de mis fechas preferidas. Siempre es muy lindo compartir con la familia y se aprovecha estas fechas para hacerlo, esta vez compartimos deseos para que gocen de salud y mucho amor a la distancia. Feliz navidad a todos.
Pdta. en otra publicación publicaré imagen de todo el procedimiento por si a alguien más le gusta mi idea inspirada en transformice, ya no me da tiempo de realizar la edición. Disculpen el fondo, tengo una sobrinita de 2 añitos jeje.


Bueno, aprovechando que se puede editar la publicación (de seguro son las 6:09 am en Francia, en mi país son ya las 00:09 horas) y añadir spoilers, les compartiré cómo hice cada pieza de la imagen (excepto los garabatos del fondo, eso es arte y creatividad de mi sobrinita :D ), todo está hecho con material reciclado.
