Number of things can prove it's fake. Mega Sceptile's tail is all one color. It's possible that's the shiny version but if you look at Blaziken that's already revealed, that's not his shiny colors. Poster was never revealed at E3. Also all the silhounettes are of the non-mega form, but they could have showed silhounettes of the actual mega forms.
