Though there is "Kagerou Project" which has been using Vocaloid in their songs that will eventually become an anime, sporting its own manga and novel already.

But yeah, I've been mostly into the songs more than the actual mascots. ^^'

Kagerou Project isn't vocaloid, period.
I can't believe how people may be interested in an anime that uses synth voices.

Well if I were to do that now, I'd have trouble remembering all the songs I like anyways, now wouldn't I? ^^
But like I said, I have too many of them, they're hard to remember, and so it would just be easier to name your favoirte vocaloids imo

Maybe you cant remember all songs you like but you can start adding them to playlists and will eventually get to all of them.

Actually, what is your definition of Vocaloid?

From the perspective that Vocaloids are instruments used to fit into any character made by the producer and every song that uses Vocaloid becomes 'Vocaloid' then why isn't Kagepro 'Vocaloid'? <- This is the perspective of most Vocaloid companies. Is it not Vocaloid because the mascot designs are not used? Some Vocaloids don't have mascots at all, leaving this definition on shaky ground. Or because the names of the characters are different? Most characters in Vocaloid songs are not named at all, are we correct to assume they share the name of their singer? We know that the identity of the character the Vocaloid personifies changes each song, so why would Kagrepro characters be excluded?

You imply for something to be Vocaloid, it must follow some form official Vocaloid canon, but as we know, there is very little of that – and none connected to each other. o:

Then again, do we really need to lable things as 'Vocaloid'? Really, it is music of many genres that happens to use the technology for voices. Is it as an united, secluded sector of music as we imply?

The Vocaloid community is a complex one.
