I honestly think they think it's cool to add shitloads of events, that make nonmembers feel awful because of the fact they limit them so much they can't buy anything special (Event items in catalogs),As well as the MONTHLY,REGULAR items.

Last time I went on was when they destroyed the former Sports Shop for the millionth time.. in Nov 2012. No one was fun to talk to. It was like being a babysitter. Also, the llamas and bacon fads went away :c

The only thing that pisses me off, to an extreme extent, is the lack of punctuation in the game chat and their redundant use of "LOLZ CLB PENGUINZ PUFFLEZ BBIEZ SO CUTEIEIE" and other internet colloqualisms that the game developers embrace on advertisments and the Club Penguin homepage.

Honestly, Club Penguin isn't that bad. I enjoyed the few two years I played the game. I was also given a few free memberships, Youtube subscribers, and I learned a bit more about the computer--most of my knowledge of the computer--from Club Penguin forums and the game itself. I was 8 or 9 at the time when I began playing; I stopped by around age 11 when I switched to Transformice. Now I'm 12, but I'm trying to log on Transformice less frequently.

Club Penguin was practically the only other game I played besides Transformice, an exception to extinction.fr. I'm not much of a video game person, or tech-savy for that matter.

I admit, I still play Club Penguin then and there, but mostly for the minigames. My name on Club Penguin was Water Guard.

I still wish, besides "Coins for Change"---which really doesn't help that much at all, that Club Penguin would help the children do something productive with the hours and money they spend on that brain-rotting game. They should educate them, make educational games or such (5 x 5)--- I doubt many of the players could solve such an elementary expression, support charity, and encourage children to recycle more, worry about their enviornment, and take care of the Earth.

But no. Apparently all they learn is how to dress up like a prick and bully random children, around their same age, to make their self-esteem go higher and feel better about their ugly, richer selves on the internet. They also learn how to stay addicted to the computer and waste their parents' hard-earned money; They learn how to frequently beg for Club Penguin memberships, plushies, Card-Jitsu cards, coin cards, etc.

If I stayed on Club Pengui for one more damn year, I'd still be TLKING LIEK DIZ AND N3V3R P@Y!NGZ @TT3N!0NS IN CL@ZZ NU0T DO0ANG HW C@Z D@TZ N0UT K33WL. Bless their souls.

There's that Earth Day party they had. Also, no. You have no idea how much backlash went against Billybob and Screenhog when rumors spread that CP would become educational. It's just really hard balancing learning and fun. Also, I don't want a PSA while playing. I want to enjoy my game and go for a few hours without seeing the same lessons over and over again. I get what you're saying (and yes, I read the next paragraph), but no. I don't want CP to become educational ever.

I'd be nice if it became educational,To balance out dumb. The only GOOD memory I have on it is when A group of pookie-haters stormed the pet shop..Good memories. Augh,It was great.
