I'm glad these glitches are fixed (I thought it was stupid that afkers were revived), although that was a pretty heavy nerf to the cloud. To be fair it seemed to make building easy, but now it seems relatively underwhelming for a capstone ability. |

I'm seriously laughing at those complainers right now. They want everything to be as easy as possible - nevermind learning to build properly if you can just spam clouds to solve any map... And now they are acting like little kids who had their lollipop taken away :P |

Galaktine a dit : I hate you, Tig. What's the point of working all the way to level 27 in the Spiritual Guide bracket if you can just use the cloud once? It would be fair if flight also only had a 10-second limit, or if the spawn radius worked on only one item. But now clouds are just available once per round? How does that allow the cloud "skill" to even compete with flight and spawn radius anymore? Why not just take it out altogether? They make the game imbalanced because you can solve a map using just that item? That also allies to planks and balloons. And those aren't even unlockables. There was absolutely no reason to nerf it down to one per round. I just found a reason to play again, and you made me quit all over again, congratulations. |

Seeteegee a dit : You literally made a thread showing how easily you could exploit the cloud item... It was a dynamic object with fixed rotation. You even said in your thread "it makes hard mode feel like easy mode!" How is that a balanced skill? I thought the purpose of introducing the shaman skills and things like hardmode were to make shaman turns a more unique experience with each shaman having their own level of difficulty to deal with based on their choice of hardmode or not as well as their usage of skill points. Making a shaman skill that pretty much gives your builds free stabilization seems pretty silly to me, that's what b planks and/or totems are for. An aside but, did this small update also fix the bug where mice who just entered a room could be revived? |

If the cloud is going to be limited to one a map, it should be a static object. With this nerf, cloud is a joke compared to the other top skills. |

I did not prove that it was "more powerful" than the others, since flight and spawn radius seem just as powerful as clouds, again, *in the hands of the right shaman*. It just so happened that building has always been my specialty, so it *looks* stronger when I use it. But really, what is possible with clouds is also possible with just planks. Iluhchez a dit : It made hard mode feel more like easy mode for me because I specialize in building and I also happen to have made maps before. This means that I understand Transformice physics and how to use items to my advantage. If I were more skilled in platforming, I could make the flight power seem even more overpowered than the cloud, really. Iluhchez a dit : It's on par with flight and extra 30% spawn radius. Iluhchez a dit : It does give me a fun experience trying new builds. It does what it's supposed to do. The abilities are supposed to make the rounds EASIER after all, right? Otherwise, why have powers at all? Iluhchez a dit : The stability is achieved by skillful building and placement. I never spammed clouds for insta-stability. It just HELPED us stabilize builds. We still need to use it properly, just like planks and other shaman items. The way I see it, you people are complaining because I make rounds *look* easy with clouds, when really, they're possible with regular shaman items anyway. AND BESIDES, that's what top tier abilities are supposed to do in the hands of skilled shaman builders.
