I've gotten a virus once or twice before, but my dad was able to get rid of them.

2 years ago i had a lot of computer viruses and issues. but since then i haven't had any!

All two (or three, can't remember) of my first computers died from viruses (from just trying to play Roblox... no wonder why I've never downloaded it again), so yeah, I've dealt with a number of them in general.

Those FBI pages look pretty scary, I hope I don't receive them any time in the future. My current laptop's also getting kinda slow, I hope it doesn't end up dying soon.

That's very scary and absolutely frightening. Someone must've put a lot of thought into making it look realistic. You must've been absolutely terrified receiving this message containing private and revealing information. Also, it's retarded asking for moneypaks as a reliable source of payment. In reality, they would just arrest you on the spot and not give you a scare tactic. If I was in your position, I would contact local authorities about this issue and do research on this particular ransomwware.

While staying on topic, I only got a virus once. Malware bytes and AVG took care of it instantly and it was barely an issue. I'm thankful that I was responsible enough not to download random things.

norton is a virus

Apparently when I was a lot younger, my computer had a virus that wouldn't go away. The computer would shut down unexpectedly on its own, then have a failure "Blue Screen of Death" which happens when my computer has a virus.

After several blue screens, my dad finally looked into it.
JumpStart was the virus, apparently. (It's a legit game, which confuses me.. But whenever I play that game, my computer acts up. )
I never played it again after clearing the computer, the virus was gone.

I keep almost getting malware, mostly the tojan horse virus.

One time a guy who was spreading viruses to people got me. My computer was damaged for a little but it fixed itself later.

Anyway, onto my stories.
First off, I've destroyed 1 computer with viruses so bad it had to be upgraded to a new OS. I downloaded 2 viruses at one time, one disabling the anti virus software on the computer and one making it so that ads would randomly play. I just have memories of logging onto it, and hearing "EVERYONE KNOWS THAT A CLEAN HOME IS A HAPPY HOME". It's safe to say I'm scared of Dettol ads now haha


And then on my old laptop, I FILLED it with adware. Babylon, Delta search, Snapdo, mywebsearch, you name it. At the start I justed lived with it, but then I found out how to delete them. That was lucky, cause at one point, I had adware that would redirect me to very adult images.

And now, on my new laptop, I haven't had a virus. I have both Avast and Malwarebytes and they are obviously working.

WQ has a virus? I've downloaded it before in the past and even had the mobile version, but I've never came across any viruses.
