I still stand by the fact that they could still have given out at least 2 items event related and then the rest be paid for with cheese or Fraises. 1~2 items versus a fur or 2, a lot of shaman items and a couple other hats.. It really doesn't seem like it'd hurt them that much.

I agree, the events aren't exactly what the game needs but they're a step in the right direction. If they can just fine tune it then all will be well.

but seriously it is fair... They aren't running a charity... Our Admins are living breathing people too who need food and water you know... Without money they wouldn't be able to survive. Also they probably wouldn't be able to keep the game up and running if they didn't have a flow of income. Earning item's with cheese is still earning them mind you...
Anyways the old event's got stale too to be terribly honest it ended up becoming the endless grind for items that's all >_< where's the fun in that D:

They were running out of ideas for items/ they have a small pool of event item ideas left that they can use.
I remember hearing something of that sort. My memory may have failed me on this though but that's a possible argument

I don't think people are gonna spend 30 fraises on a hat when they can get it for 2~300 cheese, especially when there's items that cost more than a customization in cheese and not to mention the furs in general.

It'd make more sense (to me at least) to put those fraises towards something that's a little more demanding in cheese, and regardless someone could buy fraises and not have to use them right away, though I can see why some people might be more inclined too when something new comes out.

What makes this game so great paying wise is probably what's hurting it the most.

because if they didn't, that agruement is what a child would use if their parent's told them they're running out of money. i respect how much effort goes into maintenance of the games, servers and where they work, but if they are running out of money, they can suffer through their own actions, not us. they can work at home and stop renting the place they work at. heck, there are many ways to save money. i doubt they are "running out of money". you have to realise that the mods aren't gods, please don't worship them.

For me Christmas event and halloween event are ugly I loved the old events I stayed playing halloween slots from the event starts till it end and I got all the badges and 2 titles only. .- . I raged and stop playing events wich they are like (slots,relics,idk what other stuff you atelier will creat) I have an idea. example : in the christmas Event we should get gifts and this time atelier put em everywhere even in survaivor. (More fun) and with gifts we have been saving we buy with the gifts to get event items in the shop.

They're not obligated too but obviously they still want to keep Transformice running and make more games if they're worried about funds, wanting to hire more developers, and etc. I'm pretty sure they put a lot of their heart into these games and if things do become dire I would hope they'd be willing to take a few steps back to start going forward again.

yeah i understand but that argument is invalid because of the solutions they could have easily made

They had a "Draw your own item" event back in the day when we were on the VB forums which yielded us three new items, I know the bird like mask and dragon mask are two of them, but not sure if that one wig with the bunny hair band is the other one.

They're still implementing user made furs way back from the fur contest as well, or at least basing some new similar furs off them. I imagine they're not running out of ideas when they have the item suggestion forum as well as the expectations threads that also give out some neat item suggestions and ideas. There's plenty of feedback and things they could do if they're possible to implement from previous event threads as well.

It all just comes down to if they're willing

Actually I can think of a lot of times that they've done it but this is about events and not how admins listen to the community zzzzzz
