Worst nightmares?

this just happened 3 minutes ago. i think i was awake???? but i was asleep?? i think i was awake because i hadn't gone to sleep yet.

my brain started beating, (that usually happens sometimes when i'm about to go to sleep) and then i opened my eyes. i couldn't move or speak. i just stared at the wall, and i could see a tall (since i couldn't see her face) lady in a brown dress. she started coming closer, but then i gained the ability to move and she disappeared.

i think it was sleep paralysis?

I have bad dreams about horror movie drama not anime but sometimes anime like Blood-C or Corpse.
also I can felt so someone's steps in my imagine that weird for sure monster behind me.. worst nightmare for too dark during tv is off ;n;
I hate along when my parents leave me.

There was this one nightmare I had when I was younger. I'm pretty sure I had it after watching parts of a horror movie that my parents were watching.

It was about my whole house turning into a factory and my whole family turned into robots and were going farther and farther away from me. I was the only one who was still a human. I was scared because they wouldn't say anything and I couldn't reach them.

Thinking about it now, it's a bit silly since this nightmare is about 5-7 years old now. I wonder how I still remember it..

I would like to say, that there are no "Good" or "Bad" Dreams aka Nightmares.
In my opinion, all dreams, good and bad, are just dreams with different meanings. For example; seeing something like, a spider chasing you in your dream could mean your simply afraid of spiders and your mind is telling you that.

My earliest nightmares were of a white space with a green monster that grabbed me and was probably going to eat me. I woke up unable to speak or move for a bit, and then I would shout for my mother.

Looking back, those were tame compared to the weird things I dream up now.
