Back when I came up with my oldest alias fdsa, it really wasn't that creative.
My 2nd alias is what I have stuck with for 2 years, and that was doomermaster, since I adored the doomer enemy from Kirby's Return to Dreamland. They were the same shape as Kirby, but as a completely different race.
I then stuck with SL as my alias today, but I haven't got the chance to change it into that here.

my username is based off of cotton candy, and then I just replaced Cotton with my fursona's name with -ii added to the end and boom, Cloudiicandy.
