Been interested in possibly joining for a while but the last time I asked I got a fairly negative response.

Been a long while since then though. I'd like to finally just migrate to where everyone I know is. Who would I harass about applying?

So generally you can go to any member of KwL you are friends with/associated with to ask them about setting up a poll and what not.

You mentioned a negative response though, have those people left Kittens? Or have you gone around and patched things up with them in recent times? Unfortunately I don't think strong negative issues just resolve themselves by being ignored for a while. It can be pretty great being in a tribe where you know everyone, depending on your preference, but should that mix of people also include those whom you know are not fond of you [and vice versa] it creates worry of the tribe becoming a hostile environment which is something our tribe does not allow.

Well it wasn't really a strong negative issue, more so I asked someone I knew about potentially joining and they told me I may not be the best fit. So I took that as a reject and went on my way. But that was many many months ago.

Thanks for the responce, I'll ask someone I know about it and see where I go from there.
