What's the best anime ever?

It is, but it's also really sweet and heartwarming when it really starts to impact.
If you're into such genre, I'm sure you'll love it. I had to watch it all in one sitting (it's not a long series). I wanted to absorb it all at once to keep the emotions there.

I tried to watch it once, but all the players I watched it from are so crappy and buffers and never stops buffering ;;

The best anime in my opinion would be mm, hard to pick; but I think I'll say Precure was pretty nice. I prefer manga to anime however, so it's hard to say.
