Impure is a big tribe with, a rules/order system. If you would like to join, you will need to pass a test to validate that you can speak english. Next to that ofcourse you need the requirements.

If you meet the requirements, and think you can pass the test, contact any member of the tribe (not me, I'm a jerk). And they will be able to recruit you by using the bot.
