Raichu is freaking awesome, man. Can't go wrong with raichu.
lots of great electric moves, and it learns grass knot via tm to deal with those pesky ground and rock pokemon

my laptop is pretty bad and it can run it pretty decently. go to the homepage and check it's minimal requirements to run, i dont think its very high.
