it's not really a fear since it's not constantly on my mind, but when people catch me off guard and/or touch me without warning, i get really jumpy and sometimes even need to calm down from a panicky state for a few minutes before i can ask for them to not do it again. i'm not exactly sure where this came from, but i think i've always been anxious whenever people touch me without any warning (especially if they walk behind me in the hall or something and suddenly tap my shoulder,, i freak out)

thinking that my closest friend is a completely different person trying to toy with my emotions

I'm scared to even be near a very hot oven.. I'm afraid that one day I'll trip and then burn my face off on it.

I literally cant stand pain
i can go with a pinch,or a small toothache, but things like falling on my (weak) knees can cause a ton of pain,i literally cant stand the thought

also i live like 7 miles from a military base. Every time a plane takes off it freaks me out its so loud wth

also windows but only at night for some reason?? i don't know i guess i'm just half-expecting something spooky to slam itself against it if i go too close

Like Wryyttis, I'm afraid of windows at night. I hate jumpscares. It's more about the sudden panic/adrenaline reaction than the actual spooky thing.
Also vaccinations, bugs (including butterflies), the dark, my own fucking closet, sometimes the fireplace, reflections/mirrors, and like a million other things.
