like with trading, at least I remember you can't trade with another acc that has the same IP (i.e alt account).

+ remove prestige and the titles to be only for messages; messages to no longer count in Forum Games. I saw a forum that had this too

They "removed" prestige from Tribe Forums. Means that our 200k friend there went to 5k. But no doubt having no actual IP restriction would let him farm it again.
