I've always wanted a bird! I haven't decided on a species yet, but I'm thinking of starting with a budgerigar or a cockatiel. Eventually I'd like to get an African grey and maybe a lovebird.
Recently I've been doing some research on what it's like to own a bird, but I won't be able to get one for at least a year because I wouldn't be able to keep it separate from my cats in my current apartment.

I've always wanted a cat too, but that dream came true a couple of years ago.

I already have two cats in my home and I love them :)

i would absolutely love a rabbit.
specifically, a mini rex! i got to pet one once and its fur was SO SOFT and apparently it's really great for those who have never cared for a rabbit before (like me)

hmm i like cute rodents so maybe a capybara, hamster, or a guinea pig

chickens because theyre a mini me and they have eggs!!!!!!!!!!!
