Hope for the best, prepare for the worst, and fuck what others think. That's what I go by when I go through matchmaking. Despite that, you should really learn to co-operate with the people that're willing to work with you on your team. If they start insulting you badly, you can always mute them. I wouldn't recommend doing that though, since the harasser might actually know what they're doing.
