it takes you to fight yourself but here is the tutorial

SPOILERS + TUTORIAL a dit :
The X potion will teleport you to a quest where you fight yourself,
when you ( enemy ) take damage, you will also take damage, therefore dying when killing yourself, the only way to beat your clone is to wear the octopus king crown, ( no enchantments ) you will have 1 health point when you kill the other you, you will gain the boots of introspecation, when wearing these boots, you will stay still as long as you touch the ground
