i miss the old events because it seems that these news events have you gather things on maps that get boring after a while.

^ They get incredibly boring. And considering how many grades you need, from the same three maps, it's dull

But you've got to admit, the art gets more and more beautiful every year! That's what makes me excited about the new events :D

While the old events were fun, I suppose you get used to the new events after a while. I mean, yeah, this school event does still make me mad often, but I like the feeling of satisfaction when I get an A.
Having the free event items back... I'd love it. But I'm fine with what we currently have.

Well.. I noticed this thread a long time ago and i think i'll share my opinion.

I think bringing old events back is nice. Everyone likes free stuff now and then and it was way more easy unlocking something.

I noiced that new events are more and more demanding. You have to do a lot of repeating dull routine to earn something. It gets super tiring and boring after a 500th time you click on a map on you click down to fish in a pond in the same area. I miss the wildness of the old events, running around or sliding from a huge hill to get hearts. My own favourite event was the last fishing event with free items [was it 2013?] When you had to break a sweat to make shaman help you and get all the items, thinking of the enigma in the meantime.

On the other hand some events still do have the wildness and are fun to play like the running map in current school event, or the fact that we get something new instead of same theme events each year.

I also dislike the fact that we dont get that time to hype anymore, events should be a short time thing that we need to look forward to, wait for them while tfm has NO ongoing events, it gets pretty casual when we have events all the time.

I know its hard for you guys to earn money and stuff and I support the new items being all "pay to get", but i would still like the old free items that USED to be free, to stay free as an achevement. Personally I love badges but thats me. There are lost of people that strongly dislike them.

Yea I do miss the old events and the free items (not exactly free since u have to earn them).probably the most common argument for the removal of free items is that atelier801 needs money.true but earning items makes events much more fun.perhaps to have a balance between the 2,Event items can be gotten through either earning them or buying them with cheese/fraises.there would still be people who would just buy them instead of spending time on unlocking.furthermore,event items aren't the only source of revenue for them.

The new events are a waist of time now

I feel that events have kind of gotten washed out because of this. Not much excitement.

However, they have to probably have to do this due to money issues.

Winning the items would be better than buying..

why cant they replace adventures to daily quest or something like that.
It serves the purpose of engaging players everyday and requires them to do something.

And then they should implement back old event system, to make them unique, fun and engaging with possibly a higher chance of it having a more quality gameplay as they have more time to work on it.
