Even though I don't acknowledge it, I think you've improved. You might feel like you've been stuck but I'm sure you're doing better and better each day. I think I might write you more often so there's written proof since I tend to focus on the negative stuff.

I know you meant it sarcastically, but yes, you are more organized in your work. Not where I wish I was, but on the right track on getting rid of those bad habits they let you have in middle school.
Multitasking is bullshit, you've been trying so hard to please and accomplish more than you can, it's wiser to focus on one sole area rather than trying to get everything done. You know what I heard yesterday? "Lobo is full of shit, he talks a lot, but don't do so much." This is what I learned.

I know you want to do a lot of things, but you've got to give time to that, make sure you're doing what you have to before trying to find new hobbies for the sake of distracting yourself rather than enjoy it really.

And yeah, I've been hitting that one bottle a day for most of the year!
And I can tell you I feel great, I almost didn't get sick this winter, and it was only light bronchitis.

I know the last year wasn't the best year you had, actually, it was probably one of the worse that you could remember of, but you know you've been through worse. What's on my mind these days are all somewhat related to my mental health.
I hope you got some hold of that now, starting with yourself first. You will eventually need to forgive the friends who treated you badly so that you can free yourself from the burden they've left. They don't know what you need, don't expect from them to help you fix things.

Right now, I don't feel like I'm competent, even though I know I could work harder and do better.
I will work harder to discipline myself so that all you can care about, is to feel better.
I know you value doing your work more than your condition, but for your sake, I'm going to get some help.

There's more in life than school and how well you do. That's not gonna keep you from finding a job, which really is the point of going to school in the first place. I've been thinking about quitting after 3 years and look for a job instead of studying for 5 years.
You need more opportunities to grow so you can get more experience and more knowledge. That's what would get you a job.

Hopefully, when I'll be more disciplined, I could use more of that time I waste on a daily basis for the hobbies I truly enjoy.
