1.) The clan name is not 'rightfully yours' in my mind because it really shouldn't be 'claimed' like some sort of object in someones possesion. The clan may be yours, but this clan came before yours and in any arguement I'd say the name itself belongs here.

2.) "It died for a reason ya know" It died because some jerk wanted it too, not that this wasn't an amazing clan all the same~

Im not picking sides but, most people when making a Clan dont go through and look completely for a Clan name. Most people just stare at the front page. What irratates me is Rich came here and said, ''There already is a Mist Clan.'' And claimed the name his. You should at least look before you say something. Cause then that offends alot of people.

Zam put a lot of work into this (suprisingly) when it was alive and it was a very likable clan, it's really rude to do that to any tribe/clan, even if you had a name first

They do all have a cute theme. On a different note, the three conditions that were needed for this clan are adorable, especially number one:

'1) You are a kind person
2) You have read at least 1 Warriors book
3) Preferably no swearing due to the fact that our clan may host younger people
