The eagles died because it was the ninja ant (idk how to make the picture but pretend its here) It got lost in Pompeii while the volcano was erupting and it fell in the valcano.

But right before it fell in the lava, the ant grew wings and flew to safety.

But the bird pooped it out and it was still alive.
