I got an A on that on CtB. Used EZ.
I can't do it at all on the default osu. ;;

it's not super difficult, but you do still kind of have to be decent i guess
you could probably do it on ctb or something with less effort

i tried it out again after not playing for a few years and i made it about halfway thru before failing because i never was good at etna sliders
