you get it by syncing your tfm account to rfc!!
simply do this by clicking "profiles" under your mouse

then, to the left, you should see "local profile" and it will ask you to link your account.
i've already done that, so mine is asking mine to connect-

now, type in your tfm username and password, and once you do so, it should say you're connected, and you should have the rfc badge ingame!
