would be abused way too much. admins have already said it would be expensive.
plus, they profit from the fraises.

No, it wouldn't be stupid at all. I think putting it minimum 500 fraises is the best price for it. A lot of people would change their names easily and a lot of confusion will start, nobody will be able to know the others especially that some people would lie and say that they're other people unless there's a way to know their previous names. I think that 100 cheese would be stupid.
Also, I think it would come on the last day of this year but, who knows

I liked Omgpop's name change system. They allowed for one free username fix, then had a high price for any future changes. I wouldn't mind one free fix since some users may have joined the community as a young lad/lass, and have gotten older and outgrown their past decisions. Though I doubt Atelier 801 would approve that.

Omgpop also had it so people are able to claim abandoned usernames, so that would be nice as well. I'm not sure if Atelier has since confirmed that would be an option. :)

I think on our profile(both game and forum) it should say our previous user name
So others won't be confused who we are.

I kind of want it to be an option to be concealed or not. Some people are changing their usernames for a reason such as starting new or avoiding specific people. If the person wants people to know who they previously were, they could always whisper or turn the option on.
