Yeah we can't. Especially since those items are not really supposed to be bought with fraises and require quite a bit of work to obtain
So yeah, maybe not :/

That's not an "official" statement by the contest creators though, it would be a shame for some outfits to be altered or disqualified because of a rule that is implied but not clearly stated. Well, until the issue is clarified I will use my common sense and avoid those items, better safe than sorry. Beware whoever made or will make an outfit, adjust them accordingly!

they can not disqualify anyone for their mistake. unless they make an announcement on the discord server telling about this rule, i see no problem on using those items. there's no rules saying nothing about it, and i'm sure its not everyone that know about that rule

This is your supposition. The rules have been given and the way items are achieved is not being considered. The outfit contest is about creating a look with /dressing, regardless of how the item was previously conquered.

I would be happy to agree with you, but please think for a moment. The winning outfits will be put in the shop, for people to buy, with fraises. There is no scenario I can think of where an outfit including non-fraise items can appear on the shop... So, either they will disqualify it, or not let it win, or replace/remove the "offending" items. I hope you don't feel I am complaining, I am trying to help the contest go smoothly. There is nothing wrogn with clarifying the rules, there is still plenty of time until April 11.

You understood the prize wrong. There will be an outfit in shop on Thursday April 22nd, this outfit is not the one we created. Will be an outfit that we haven't seen yet, created by transformice.
