Mind if I ask one last question? How do I ride my spawned animal (dog, horse, etc)?

The only animals you can ride in the game are horses and pigs. You need a saddle for that, which currently doesnt have a crafting recipe, so you either spawn it via creative mode or find it in pyramids (desert biome) or dungeons (underground, but be careful because there's hostile mob spawners in them. Block those with torches or break it with an iron pickaxe).
In order to ride a pig, you rightclick on its back with a saddle and then right click again to get on. However, controlling the pig is a different matter. You need an item called "Carrot on a stick", which is made by putting a fishing rod and a carrot on a crafting bench (format: diagonal, the carrot is on the bottom right, the fishing rod is one up, and one to the right of it). Once you have it, you get on the pig and right click with the carrot on a stick in the direction you want to go. (Riding pigs is REALLY HARD. Dont do it around lava. Or cliffs. You'll fall.)

To ride a horse, you also need a saddle of course. But you need to tame it first. In order to tame a horse, you need to repeatedly right click on their back (WITHOUT the saddle) to get on them. They'll push you off several times before taking a liking to you. Another way to tame them is to feed them apples/golden apples (right click them with the apple selected). Then, you can right click them with the saddle and you'll be riding off to the sunset. Clicking E while on a horse brings up the horse's inventory, which you can also use to put the saddle on if you dont want to rightclick, and also to put horse armos (creative mode or dungeons/pyramids. Hard to find, there's no crafting recipe).

Some horses are better than others, or some have different skills. I believe white horses are better for jumping, and brown ones run pretty fast. But it might be random. To jump with them, you need to charge it by pressing space, and the farther up the bar it gets (the charge will be seen as the EXP) the farther or higher it jumps. Some horses jump 2 blocks, others easily glide over 4. You need to make sure you pick the right one though.

Btw, animals dont follow you, even if tamed (Unless it's a wolf or cat). You need a lead, which is basically a rope. You need 4 string (kill spiders) and 1 slimeball to create it (image). Rightclick any animal with it and you'll be pulling it around with ease. Or if you dont have that, to lead a cow you hold wheat; to lead a chicken, hold seeds (break grass (not grass blocks)); to lead a pig, use carrots.

To open the door, or a chest, right click. Left click is to destroy blocks or hit an opponent.

First, you need to tame a dog. To do that, you need to kill skeletons and collect their bones. Then rightclick the wolf with the bones until hearts flow up. That means it's tame. Similarly, you do the same with an ocelot, except you use fish. With ocelots, you need to shift click and wait for it to approach you before you start to feed it fish.

To breed a dog, they need to be at full health, and you must have two tamed ones. Right click both once with any kind of meat (I would suggest you use spare zombie flesh, it doesnt harm them like it does to you. Cooked beefs is a waste!) and watch it happen. The pup will be at low health, so make sure to feed it flesh ASAP. You know that theyre low on health when their tails are low.

Ocelots are the same. You use fish to breed them, but they have to be tamed first. Uncooked fish, right click both, and then a kitten is born.

After breeding any animal, it cant breed for 5 minutes.

Any other animal you dont have to tame (except horses of course). To breed cows, use wheat. Chickens; seeds. Pigs; carrots. Rabbits; carrots (or naturally. You know the saying of rabbits and whatnot.. they breed like crazy.)
