Gosh, been feeding my ocelots non-stop for like 4 to 7 minutes, the stinkin' things STILL aren't cats. :(

"An ocelot can be tamed by attracting it to the player with an uncooked fish of any kind, then feed it the fish, which can turn it into one of three breeds of cat that will then follow the player.

The player can only tame ocelots under the following conditions:

The ocelot must be in "begging for food" mode, characterized by it looking at the player and slowly walking near to the player.
Entering "begging" mode requires that the player is within 10 blocks (Euclidean distance).
If the player is within 6 blocks, the ocelot will exit "begging" mode if the player turns too quickly or moves more than a tiny distance.
If the player is within 6 blocks when the ocelot starts begging, it is likely to decide the player turned too quickly and stop begging on the next game tick.

that happens to me sometimes, so don't worry, it's not a hacker attack or anything of the sort :p
since you can't really do anything about it, you should try another mod, i guess
or you could try uninstalling programs that you don't need anymore/close anything that you might find unwanted
( i use p.e edition, i can't tell if my advice would help users who play mc in pc)

Are you using the Forge Modloader? If not, can it be found here. Make sure to have the right mod version for the right Forge version.

One of my friends helped me download the mod, but it's simply not letting me enter anywhere. The game crashes. I'll try downloading that though

Did you delete the META-INF file of you downloaded non forge stuff(EG: If you downloaded toomanyitems non forge you would need modloader(probably) and in your minecraft game file you must delete META-INF or it will crash)

I cant remember how we downloaded the mod tbh, it's the first mod I ever attempted to download. I dont remember a file like that though.

In short though (tl;dr), just shift click and wait for the ocelot to walk your way. Then right click with the raw fish until theyre tamed-- there's three different color cats you can get, theyre randomized

If you'r having a hard time getting one, here is the commands for you

/summon Ozelot ~ ~ ~ {Owner:YOURNAME,CatType:1}
/summon Ozelot ~ ~ ~ {Owner:YOURNAME,CatType:2}
/summon Ozelot ~ ~ ~ {Owner:YOURNAME,CatType:3}
Change the YOURNAME with the name of you'r Minecraft Username..... Example: /summon Ozelot ~ ~ ~ {Owner:MinalineX,CatType:1}
1 is for Orange and White, 2 is for Black and White, 3 is for Grey and White and any other number is a tamed ocerlot

If you want to give you'r cat a name, get a Nametag and rename it in an Anvil then right click the renamed Nametag on you'r cat(s). Hope it helps ^-^

If you'r having a hard time getting one, here is the commands for you

Put the lamps somewhere, put the daylight sensor somewhere close by (make sure it's not covered, but a fun trick is that you can put glass blocks on top of it), connect them with Redstone, then right click the daylight sensor (the circles on it should go blue), and wait till it gets dark. It should light the lamp up.
