Shaman Skills and Favouring

In my opinion Shaman skills have ruined this game. The amount of "favos" you see just makes this game completely pointless when someone just gets ported or revived next to a mouse hole. I hope something is done about it.

What you currently can do about it is get the room to vote-ban the sham if their favoring is annoying the room.

While that is true, correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the Ice sham object was disabled for similar if not the same reasons.

Yes trolling is part of the game, but its not the entire game. I'm not against favoing, though I do understand where the dislike for favos are coming from.

some of us here is just jealous of others who got revived or favo while u didnt. it is part of the game (not entirely) but it is up to the shaman. if u cant stand this favo and reviving, just go to an empty racing room with yur friends because there is NO shaman involve with racing.

Who knows probably because a possible first lost?
To be honest I preferred transformice without skills but, it's pretty good with skills. I just feel it was more of a challenge without skills.

Can you calm down and deal with it? If you want no favo's then go to a room by yourself and problem solved, No favo's.

SITUATION TIME!!!!!

Definitions
Favo: act of favoritism in one mice across a room. It can be reviving that mice or giving that mice a sure-fire way to earn first place.

Stakeholders and their situations

Favo Sham. His choice. Ofc he's having fun(being sham is once in an hour you know.. I guess.)
The Favored one. Having fun! Woo hee!
The others.. Indifferent, I guess they're just desperate for the cheese. Everything's good as long as sham does his job to guide the mice, right?
The pissed. Feels cheated, they MUST've been first!

I question:

Why does the pissed deserve to get that first?

Maybe you know, they're stat maniacs?

Anyway..

If they're really desperate to be first, they should get resources to win

To be honest, this can be related to ping wars. The winner would be the person with the lowest ping, so why not lower yours too? Or even get better internet. or VPN so you can proxy to the french server(just a suggestion, not advocating.)

The favored one just took the most public way, get friends to help him get favored. They're playing to get first, more points so they can sham earlier. Isn't that just simple?

To real life: It's like being pissed for them being richer, you know what I mean?

PROPOSED SOLUTION: Wait it out, there are like more than 25 mice in a room(rough estimate), their brief period of power would be over anyway, maybe next shaman would be more "equal" to his disciples.

If they're a huge group of friends that monopolized the room, leave the room. There's tons of rooms.

Feel free to point out some flaws.

(im not a kid Eui) u might as well call me a moron but no one ask u to play Transformice or any sub-games (aka. normal, vanilla, music, etc) Im pretty sure you dont even know what falls under the catergory: trolling

When a shaman simply put a compainion crate at the hole is just to allow the "fall-behind" players to catch up to the hole so they can have a chance for a first. This act is consider as trolling but it is allow in the game.

When a shaman favo, they just simply favo a friend or a "lucky one" so they can get first. This act is also consider as trolling and it is allowed.

About the fact that players simply get firsts from favo is NOT true. You might as well want to at least compare the amount firsts you can get in 10 minutes to a ☆PRO☆ 's streak of getting firsts in 10 minutes.

If you just started playing Transformice a week or month ago, best to continue playing to exercise your stamina in getting firsts. Like I said in my previous post, you can simply play "racing" (your own racing room: /room Username racing) with your friends because there is no shaman involve with racing.

Now stop being angry at favo and listen to our posts instead of disagreeing with us without understanding it yourself.

One last thing:
Shaman skills benefit you and others when it is your or their turn to be shaman. It helps you as a shaman to be a better shaman as time pass. If you have the skill that allows you to summon while moving, th as t's actually a great thing. Shamans who don't have skill, when they try to summon an object, they cannot have no control on their mouse and they might fall off a ramp (you have to know about every skill's benefit well.)

What benefit contribute to the mouse when it is not a shaman?

Yourself and how pro your skills are. If you have the skill to do a few bootcamps, you have a chance to get first because you know morr about the grounds and how they help you to achieve your goal. If you have a lot of firsts, you are MOST LIKELY to get a first unlesd you made a mistake in the middle of your run for the hole ^_^

Finally, let me tell you one more thing, having a lot of firsts don't make you a lot more pro other than increase your rank on the Transformice leaderboard.

Kindly go to cheese.formice.com/search

and search for everyone who replied here for their account's stats (NOT private information like passwords) and compare it to your own. You might find some others higher rank than you even they don't have as much first as you do, Eui. To prove my point, go search for my stats and then compare your rank to "mine" and see how little changes "firsts" can only affect and effect your rank. I'm not here to boast but you SHOULD really see how firsts dont "matter" that "much."
