The contact form is the only way to officially reach the admins of Atelier 801. Moderators do not read or deal with contact forms, only admins do. When do I use the contact form? You only need to use the contact form when you have a problem that the available staff cannot help you with, such as account recovery cases. For more information on this, please read the Staff FAQ. Staff may also redirect you to the contact form. How do I fill out a contact form? The contact form can be found here. You will have to write your contact form in English. Writing in another language means your message will probably not be replied to, as the agents only understand English. Follow the steps underneath before you start writing; a list of questions will pop up once you've picked a category, and you will have to answer these questions to the best of your knowledge. If you feel you have other relevant information to add on, try to explain it as thoroughly as possible. Username: - Enter your account name and # numbers. E-mail: - Enter the e-mail you wish to be contacted on, as in one you currently have access to. Category: - Pick the category that fits your inquiry the best; check out the tabs in this thread if you're unsure on what category to pick. Subject - A short headline to explain what your inquiry is about. If you do not get a reply within two weeks, contact a staff member in private. They will forward your request, as your inquiry may have been missed. IMPORTANT! You've picked the correct category if something went wrong with your payment and you have lost money without receiving fraises. If you provide sufficient proof, you may get a full refund. You may also receive help with making future purchases. You will, however, not in any situation be given fraises based on your correspondence. What information do I need to provide? If you have access to the e-mail currently linked to your account, you can change your e-mail yourself by visiting this page. When do I use this category? You've picked the correct category if you have forgotten the e-mail currently linked to your account, you no longer have access to the e-mail currently linked to your account, and/or someone else stole your password and linked their e-mail to your account. To get your e-mail changed through the contact form, you must prove that you're the legitimate, original owner of the account. If everything goes well, your e-mail will be changed and you can use that e-mail address to change your password. Atelier 801 will not under any circumstance disclose private information about the current e-mail address or whoever might have stolen your account, so don't ask!
