The Rubik's Cube is a 3D puzzle made in 1974 by Erno Rubik (Hungary). It's the most sold puzzle, with 300.000.000 and more sold. The original cube has stickers at each face with their own color, and the idea is to mix these colors in the cube to later make each face the same color again. The most popular cube is the 3x3x3 cube, which is the most common, even though there are other NXNxN cubes, such as 2x2x2, 4x4x4... to almost 25x25x25 (the biggest one you can buy is the 13x13x13 cube, made by MoYu). Anyway, there are more than just cubes, such as pyramids, dodecahedrons, and more figures that will be told later.

Shengshou's family, starting by 2x2x2 to 10x10x10.

NXNxN cubes - 2x2x2, 3x3x3, 4x4x4, 5x5x5, etc.
MODS - Mirror (guiding by the shape, not the colour NxNxN), MASTER,MEGA, ULTRA-MORPHIX (tetrahedron-shaped NxNxN), MEGA,GIGA,TERA,PETA-MINX (dodecahedron-shaped NxNxN), etc
PYRAMINX - Pyramid-shaped twisty puzzle, with colours such as NxNxN cubes.
CUBOIDS - Such as irregular-shaped cubes, like 2x3x1, 4x1x4, etc

If you're a starter, you should go to Shengshou (CHEAP and very good!), Lanlan or maybe Mefferts (a bit too expensive, but excellent maybe?)
If you're a experienced, professional speedcuber, you should go with YJ (or MoYu), Cyclone Boys, Calvin's, Mefferts, Gans, DaYan, mf8, etc. Remember this cubes might need lube, to make them faster if they go slowly!

I used to think rubix cubes were so cool o: i never really got to try one though, my librarian could solve one in a minute and i was like "woa"
