| Howdy, everymice! We have a special annoucement to make today, regarding the ongoing issues with the Youtube videos inside the game, impacting your Tribehouses, the Music mode and moreover, the whole functioning of one of our other games Nekodancer. All the problems we’re facing with the videos can be summed up to this: Youtube decided to deactivate all the tools that allow to play videos inside of Flash, to slowly replace everything with HTML5. We were using a tool that got deprecated, and that will stop functioning entirely for all users in a couple months anyway. The only way we can make videos work again is to use the HTML5 player that Youtube provides, but making it work with our Flash game is a bit tricky. Starting today, we are rolling out an update that will make videos work in the game, but through a separate window that you can move around.
If you change the position of the video, it will stay at the same place when the map changes. If you press the Esc key while moving it, it will reset to its intended place in the map. It’s a bit clunky, but it comes with other advantages: you can move the video out of the game zone in fullscreen, it will work in the Standalone version, and finally, it will be fixed and everyone will be able to enjoy the feature fully. This is a very experimental update, and it may come with a few bugs. We heard you, and we know the Music mode is important to our community. We are committed to keep working on it until we reach a satisfying result. --------- As we announced last week, we’ve also modified the newest Fishing map with the wind, in order to make it a bit easier and more enjoyable. The wind direction has been removed, removing the use of the compass in the upper right corner. Instead, the wind will always blow in the direction your sail is heading towards, only varying in intensity. You can now bear away your sail by pressing the spacebar, but be careful of your momentum to reach the fishing spots! Salut les souris ! On a une petite annonce à vous faire aujourd’hui, concernant les problèmes récurrents avec les vidéos Youtube dans le jeu, impactant les maisons de tribu, le mode musique, et surtout l’un de nos autres jeux, Nekodancer. Tous les problèmes de vidéos que l’on rencontre peuvent être résumés à ceci : Youtube a décidé d’enlever tous les outils permettant de jouer des vidéos en Flash, et remplace petit à petit tous ses lecteurs par de l’HTML5. Nous utilisions un outil qui a été déclaré déprécié par Google, et qui cessera complètement de fonctionner d’ici quelques semaines. Le seul moyen de faire fonctionner les vidéos est d’utiliser le player HTML5 de Youtube, mais faire fonctionner tout ça dans notre jeu Flash demande quelques ajustements. A partir d’aujourd’hui, nous mettons en place une mise à jour qui fera fonctionner les vidéos dans le jeu, mais à travers une fenêtre séparée, que vous pourrez déplacer.
Si vous changez la position de la vidéo, elle restera au même endroit même lorsque la map change. Si vous appuyez sur la touche Echap pendant le déplacement, elle reviendra à son emplacement d’origine, et bougera en fonction de la map. C’est un peu bricolé, mais il y a plusieurs avantages : vous pouvez déplacer la vidéo en dehors de la zone de jeu en fullscreen, cela fonctionnera sur la version exe, et enfin, ça fonctionnera tout court et tout le monde pourra en profiter. C’est une mise à jour un peu expérimentale, il se peut qu’il reste quelques bugs. Nous savons à quel point cette fonctionnalité est importante pour notre communauté de joueurs, et nous ferons tout ce qui est possible pour que cela fonctionne correctement. --------- Comme nous l’avions annoncé la semaine dernière, nous avons également modifié la map d’event avec le vent, afin de la rendre un peu plus facile et surtout plus fun. La direction du vent a été supprimée, enlevant ainsi le besoin d’une rose des vents dans le coin supérieur droit. A la place, le vent soufflera toujours dans le sens de votre voile, mais son intensité sera variable. Vous pouvez abattre votre voile en appuyant sur la barre d’espace pour tenter de ralentir, mais calculez bien votre élan pour atterrir sur les spots de pêche ! Olá, ratinhos! Todos os problemas que estamos enfrentando com os vídeos podem ser resumidos em: o Youtube decidiu desativar todas as ferramentas que permitiam rodar os vídeos em Flash para lentamente substituir tudo por HTML5. Nós estávamos usando uma ferramenta que se tornou ultrapassada e que irá parar de funcionar completamente para todos os usuários em alguns meses. A única forma para conseguirmos fazer com que os vídeos voltem a funcionar é usando um player em HTML5 que o Youtube disponibiliza, mas fazer isso funcionar em nossos jogos em Flash é um pouco complicado. A partir de hoje, nós estamos lançando uma atualização que fará com que os vídeos funcionem no jogo através de uma janela separado que você conseguirá mover pela tela.  Se você mudar a posição da janela, ela ficará no mesmo lugar quando o mapa mudar. Se você pressionar ESC enquanto move a janela, ela voltará pro seu local previsto no mapa. É um pouco estranho mas vem com outras vantagens: você pode mover o vídeo fora da zona de jogo quando estiver usando tela cheia, vai funcionar no Standalone e, finalmente, os bugs serão consertados e todos conseguirão aproveitar totalmente o novo recurso. Wszystkie problemy, z którymi się zmagamy, można podsumować w ten sposób: Youtube postanowił dezaktywować wszelkie narzędzia pozwalające na odtwarzanie filmów we Flash'u, aby powoli zastąpić wszystko HTML5. Używaliśmy narzędzia, które stało się przestarzałe i które tak czy inaczej przestanie funkcjonować w całości dla wszystkich w przeciągu kilku miesięcy. Jedynym sposobem na przywrócenie działania filmów jest użycie odtwarzacza HTML5, które dostarcza Youtube, ale sprawienie, aby działał on z naszymi grami we Flash'u jest nieco problematyczne. Vom continua să lucrăm la această problemă până va ieși un rezultat satisfăcător. --------- Așa cum am anunțat săptămâna trecută, am modificat cea mai nouă hartă de pescuit cu vântul pentru a o face mult mai ușoară și plăcută. Busola de vânt a fost scoasă. Vântul va bate de acum în colo numai în direcția în care ți-este frunza, doar că va varia în intensitate. De acum puteți îndepărta frunza folosind bara SPACE, dar aveți grijă la avântul vostru către locurile de pescuit! |

Now I can't even listen to copyrighted music  Btw, if you can set sail on different fishing spots, you shouldn't have cut the wind out. There still needs to be a bit of challenge, and this has just become too easy. lololol I don't even know what is WMG  It works on Chrome, but not on Standalone and on Steam :p And even on Chrome when I press ESC, it just places the box in a random position |
