North Temperate Zones

North Frigid Zones

and their south versions

hot zone north - +1
hot zone south - -1
temperate north zone - 2+
temperate south zone - 2-
frigid zone of north - 3+
frigid zone of south - 3-

SO whats the twist

the twist is that the target point for hot zone users in north is tropic of cancer or 23 degree north ,here +23 and south users are -23
temperate zone target is 66+ , and south temperate is 66- , as for frigid zone, its 90+ and 90- i.e north pole and south pole

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, IF ANY NUMBER CROSSES 90 IT HAS TO START FROM 1 AGAIN
