Only a Shinigami and above have the privilege to promote a member within the Tribe Council from being a Kaichou. 4. Only a Co-Tribe Chief and above have the privilege to add new tribal system which includes the ranks, forum, and rules as long as it doesn't overlap/complicate the current system. However a Co-Tribe Chief don't have the privilege to remove any tribal system without permission from the Tribe Chief. 5. Recruit only those who are age 13+ with an 1 month-old account and 200+ gathered cheese on their profile, as of 15 Sep 2016 (those who have joined before this date are an exception). 6. Any Tribe Council members and above can edit ranks to help members obtain their custom ranks. Only create a rank if a member ask for it. 100. TFM general rules and regulations still applies.
