Upon joining you have the choice to become either an apprentice or a kit! If you wish to be promoted higher than that, you have to be a member of the tribe for more than 2 weeks. Please do not join the clan and leave immediately afterwards.

Unlike most clans, Distant Valley is a clan brought together by troubled loners who had found trust and compromise between one another. The clan is now old enough to be primarily full of native, blood born clan members but from their roots still take in kittypets, loners,etc. Being a fresh open center from a dense forest, the territory of Distant Valley holds old switch panic grass and wild pampas that cover the area; providing the clan cats a sense of privacy. Dens have formed over time and now provide the clan cats a stronger form of protection against the over bearing sun that powers through the territory. Mice are common prey in the territory as well as rabbits, and fish. Fish are rare but very prized among the cats. Into the woods yields a calm river where the cats can hunt as well as drink and train.
As for territory, Distant Valley is very open to greeting strangers, and are not territorial.
However; the cats are trained to be strong and ruthless and will protect their clan-members. Other than that, they are incredibly friendly and only fight when forced to

The mental and physical health of Littlestar declines as moons of betrayal, guilt and war rest on her shoulders. In her weakened state, the leader is determined to eradicate any other chances of loss and grief stepping foot onto the once, bright and joyous Distant Valley.

It all seems to add up, as a new-comer among Distant Valley, Redmane, has prophesied that the clan is at risk to not only monsters, but Littlestars mental health.
Not much is known of the new-comer that is Redmane, but through tough times it's inevitable that anyone would rely on any seems of clarity.

Be active, please! You don't have to be crazy active, just hop in time to time.

Swearing is allowed, but please keep it at a minimum

Dark humor is OK, but if someone is uncomfortable please be respectable and stop

As for role-playing, no power-playing ! ( ur a kitty cat, not a body builder )
It's optional but preferred that you participate within role-plays and that it's written in paragraph/essay style. ( dialogue form role-playing is ok, but please make it fruitful )
Do not exclude people or ignore others when multiple people are role-playing, try to be social!)

Please don't fight! I trust that everyone can get along. :-)
