I will give you a few tips about the content and presentation
of a thread, I will show you how the small details can make the difference.

CONTENT.

  • Something everyone knows is that content is the most important part in a thread. A few tips that I can give you:

    • Watch your orthography. Nobody likes to read something with bad spelling, well, to majority.
    • Don't abuse formats. It makes your thread look disorganized, using many fonts, many colors or different sizes in an exaggerated way doesn't look good.
    • Make sure your information is correct. If you're not sure of something, investigate it, it is better to prevent and don't make a mistake.
    • Do it well or don't do it. Take your time, if you start well, finish it in the same way, it's not worth making a thread without effort.
    • Stay focused and confident.
    • Keep the order. An organized thread looks good, you can use lists or tags to order it.

      The boards allow you to use a grid to divide your thread, you can add several rows, but it's recommendable not to add more than 4 or 5 because what you write will be too compressed, you can also put images.

      If you want to add more columns, repeat the parts that are on lines 16, 18, 20 and 22, these parts should be placed before lines 24 and 26, if you place them after those lines, it will not work.

  • Tutorials threads. If you want to make a tutorial, this is what I recommend:
    • <3
    • Be specific. You must share something understandable, do not omit anything.
    • Add images. They facilitate the explanation.


  • Debates. Keep this in mind:
    • <3
    • Let others create their own opinion. A debate consists in sharing opinions, making a poll in which you make people choose options isn't a debate.
    • Respect others opinions.


Now, the presentation.

    • Hidden messages to separate images. You can put many spaces, but only one will be shown in the forum, so to separate images, you can hide messages between them.

    • Galleries. The galleries are pretty good to show your work, here a few tips:

      • Tags. Use it to divide your thread and organize it, they are usually used for art / maps galleries.
      • Logos. Use logos to place them on each tag, it looks very cute.
      • Spoiler. You can use spoilers to hide very long messages or very large images.

      • You can write in the spoilers, and it looks great. instead of looking like this:
