Not sure if this counts as a suggestion, but RFC's "Forum" button leads here. As a kid, I loved playing A801 games, especially Transformice, but the game has been in kind of a bad state recently. A majority of the fanbase in my server have left, and it's a problem everywhere. I've been getting bored of the game too, choosing to play other games over it instead. So, how could this be fixed? A TFM themed app, which already exists (kind of). What if Run For Cheese got a reboot as a free to play game with microtransactions and some ads here and there. I know that every game is doing this and it's disliked by many, but how else would they get income from the game? Clothes could be bought for the shamans for extra points or just looks using cheese and/or fraises, and there could be a multiplayer mode too. It could be a pet simulator or some sort of 2D mmorpg too, heck, it doesn't even need to be TFM themed. The goal would be to get enough money for Transformice from the app for new and better updates and more employees to work on the game, maybe even pay the moderators. What are your thoughts on this? Should or would they try this? |
