Looked up what's wrong with my game; turns out the internal battery of the cartridge might be dead. :/
Such a shame, too. I was like four badges in before the game decided to reset.

yeah it's definitely dead, but it's possible to replace it! ^^

if the game says the battery's run dry or something, that means it's probably about time for it to be replaced.

nah, the actual physical cartridge. it can't run dry on mobile and you can do .sav files to backup your data if that makes any sense, i havent slept haha
