I have a question about "titles" (the small text in the middle of the « » under the nickname) I don't know what name to give

So, there are people who have "«citizen»" and others who have "«censor»", I've seen several but I still haven't understood what they are and how to get them (?)

And then do they work in rank?

i'm pretty sure they're related to the hearts people get on posts?

Nah, it isn't

It's related to your Prestige level (which you can see on your forum profile). The titles change according to how many 'likes' your messages have gotten.

Ex: 1 title = 300 prestige ?
