Hello. I have an old account made in 2012, but when I contacted support, they said that my given info doesn't match the info they have, as if I'm trying to steal the account. But that is not the case, I even remember the first password I put on the account, and all I want is to get it back. I've made 2 tickets, gave more info than I can imagine, and got the same response of not having enough of it. Replied to the tickets and got back no answer. I don't know what to do, because I really want to get it back. I would really like a one on one conversation with someone in the position of power to help me resolve this case.

if you remember the most recent password of the account, then you can log into it on the forums and update your email. if not, but if there is an email attached to the account, on the log in screen (in-game), you can also try resetting your password by clicking “forgot your password” and putting in your username and the email. if you have multiple emails, keep trying them until one of works. otherwise, filling out the support form to the best of your ability is the most you can do.

i can assure you that everyone you talk to through the support form is in a position of power to help you, but if the information you’ve given doesn’t match then there’s not much that can be done ): i doubt staff have the power to confirm passwords, especially previous ones
