According to A801, you can't grant forum management permissions to people who are not in your tribe. Here is a screenshot about permissions popup in a tribe forum.

As you can see, 'Non-member players' cannot have the moderate or manage permissions (the checkbox cannot be selected).

- Make a POST request to https://atelier801.com/update-section-permissions where droitModerer (Moderation permission) or droitGerer (Manage permission) and add to permission array #§-2 (this includes non-tribe players).
