I initially forgot my very first Gmail, but I managed to recover my account to gsgs12310@gmail.com. Shortly after, a scammer gained unauthorized access and changed my game account's email to Sezercicekpubg@gmail.com.

2. My Legitimate Recovery (Jan 3rd):
I contacted support to reclaim my account. In my recovery form, under the section "All those who have access to your account (brother, sister, friends, nicknames of Transformice friends, and so on)", I specifically wrote: "A scammer is accessing my account."

Your admin, Mody, reviewed my information, verified my true ownership, and successfully recovered my account to my current email, qwwqes90025@gmail.com. Here is Mody's exact response on Jan 3, Sat 15:28:

"According to our records, the information you have provided with us is correct. With that being said, I've got great news - We've just changed your email! Your new email: qwwqes90025@gmail.com"

3. The Admin's Mistake & Scammer's Social Engineering:
Despite my explicit warning that a scammer was trying to take my account, your team handed the account back to the scammer. Because I had successfully changed the email, the scammer couldn't provide real data. Instead, they tricked your admin by guessing obvious, public details:

They guessed the account was created in Turkey (because I live in TR and play on the TR server).

They guessed I had 0 bans (because I am a respectful player).

My previous message warning you about the scammer was clearly unread or ignored. The scammer did not provide accurate private data; they just guessed public facts.

4. The Proof in the IP Logs:
Are IP addresses only checked to verify that I opened the account in Turkey? The daily IP logs clearly show my consistent, long-term login history. The logs will also show the scammer logging in from entirely different IP addresses. It is obvious that my case and the IP logs were not examined carefully, and instead, I am being punished for a scammer's actions and an admin's oversight.
