I am contacting you regarding the ban on my recent account.
I was banned for “AFK / considered as cheating”, but I honestly do not understand this punishment because I have never used cheats, hacks, or any external software.

Regarding the AFK situation, I was simply keeping my “Z” key pressed down with an object to avoid being automatically disconnected and to stay with my friends while I was away eating. I understand that this may have looked suspicious, but it was absolutely not intended to cheat or gain any unfair advantage.

I have been playing Transformice since 2013, which means I have been part of the game for more than 10 years now. During all these years, I have spent a lot of time on the game and also invested money into my accounts because I genuinely enjoy and support the game. That is why this situation affects me a lot.

I would also like to mention my old account, “redwannne”, which was banned around 6–7 years ago for bad language. At that time, I was much younger and immature. I fully recognize that my behavior back then was wrong, and I am not trying to deny my mistakes.

Today I am an adult and much more mature. After so many years, I feel that a permanent ban may be a bit too severe, especially considering that I have been a loyal player since 2013. I understand that you may think it is too late to revisit the case, but I also believe that people can genuinely change and improve over time.

I respectfully ask you to please reconsider my situation, both for my recent ban and for the old account “redwannne”. I am fully willing to follow the rules strictly and prove that I can now be a respectful and serious player.
