In my prespective i think every game should have a tool for map making or customizing gameplay. I dont think Nekodancer has that (Correct me if i'm wrong). I suggest that the Nekodancer Devs give us a very very simple tool to make the notes in a song.

What i mean is, a player could log into Nekodancer and then click menu and then there would be a "Notemaking" option. If a player clicks this then it would open a new tab with the Notemaker. So a player could enter the song that they want to edit and then they would be given a Tool to edit the notes.

Everything would start from scratch and the player would have the option to play, pause, fast forward 0.5 seconds and go back 0.5 seconds. The player would also be given the default Notemap and at the top of the notemap would be the Notes that you could drag to the Map. You could add the start of the song, the difficulty spans, the freestyle starts and stops and lastly the end of the song at the right side of the screen.

Once you put all the notes, the difficulties and the end, you could send that out to the community or the mods, or both, and they would decide if it's any good or not. The community would be able to vote on "yes" or "no" in this forum and the mods would be able to pass it, reject it or send a note to the player.
