Anyway I like the change. like musicbrush said, Catdancer is boring for a title. Nekodancer? Yes. I love Japanese and cats lol. I wish you could do the dance in TFM. But, the main thing that captured my interest was "Dancer". The name is pretty cool.

I honestly like the name "Nekodancer" but then again, Atelier 801 is a French company and the word "neko" is a Japanese word. French and Japanese don't have much realation with each other (or any at all) but I can see how English and French words can go together because our English language is originally from England and perhaps the British. I am not an anime fan so can't relate for how this name would attract anime fans in any way.

I'm aware of the meaning of neko, I'd like to think at least three years worth of studying the Japanese language taught me that.
And many people, mostly early teens, like to use Japanese in their English to be cute; without realising it's just annoying and awful, when there's English equivalents. That is why I said what I did. But Sydo explained why the game is named that, and I respect it.

I think it's cool. It brings a fun vibe to the game. Anyway, let's all just be happy!

i like the name. mostly because i like how they threw 'neko' in there. I am a extremely big fan of japan. I just hope we can have something linking to the maneki neko. it's a japanese good luck charm.

Considered three other atelier801's games this one is actually decent.
