Rar a dit : Once the track editor and the ability to change keys is introduced on here, Heck yeah I'm switching to good ol' spread. But for now, the game is pretty fun with one hand, dohoho. EDIT: Also, the ability to change scroll speed! Dernière modification le 1408466280000 |

Actually, for faster stuff with spread, especially handstream, you want to lift your wrists and play mainly with those, moving your fingers as little as possible to reduce cramping. For timing you want to use your fingers more. Just thought I would point that out |

I just got a supply of videos for each powerup. Credit Anthonyjones for making my work a lot easier :D |

solfn a dit : you are suppose to use , not xD |

Both work, fiery. You just can't post more than 4 videos at a time, so all of them messed up as soon as I posted the 5th. o.o |

solfn a dit : Ohh. Sorry for my misunderstanding ^^; |

Can I get some external input as to different ways to boost your confidence? It might help me contribute to the 100% part and the always perfect part. Personally, I find analysing my own style and the styles of others on video, after the song is over. I usually spend a little time analysing how the notes are actually laid out and how the player actually overcomes difficult parts. I got around to finishing the powerups section. Solfn a dit : Smashing keyboard was the best technique so far. But not in this game. Usually, you can slow down a song and try to learn the patterns, but... Well, you know. Anyway, spread is an ultimate booster. |

The guide is now complete. Feel free to look through it and ask me any questions. I added a section "Two Handed Techniques" which I will release once I figure them out, because I am not a two handed player. |

I need some help with the always perfect part |

Well at least you get the idea.. You know something weird I notice? It ends your combo even if you don't miss if you get too many okays, kinda like the bar glitch. |
0 | ||
That's just an invisible note between the gap |
0 | ||
No but the thing is that invisible note doesn't exist unless you hit lots of okays in a row, or if a difficulty bar appears. So I think the barbug and this are connected |
0 | ||
the invisible note glitch has nothing to do with okay's you might've noticed some people get it at the same exact time (their max combos at the end are the same, both report having it happen); I think it has more to do with the round number, explaining why everyone who joins at the same round experience it at the same exact time in future rounds this might be derailing your thread a bit though |
0 | ||
No, discussion is appreciated. Have you tried getting many okays in a row? It puts an invisible note in between. I've tried it myself, and it did the same glitch several times. The round thing could be something I might agree on. But we know for sure that the difficulty bar is a cause. Not only that, but specific songs cannot bar bug no matter what, so that would throw off the round thing. Some songs have 1 or 2 places they can bug. For example, in a super hexagon song (hexagoner) that I put once, I got hit with a barbug twice on the same round. |

If it were only okays, then why would it happen to people at the same exact time? That's too coincidental. Also, I rarely get more than one okay in a row (I hope you knew that gif was a joke >.>) |
0 | ||
Fxie a dit : I do know it's a joke. Also, it happens to people at the same time because the difficulty bar crosses at the same point of the track for everyone. It appears the okay thing is related to the bar bug, but perhaps not the same. Dernière modification le 1409958000000 |

I can give you one tip, try to slow/calm down a bit and keep your tempo the same, and of course im talking about the tempo of the music not any other tempo. So if you got the speed right, you don't feel like rushing and you just go with the song/music. The problem was you actually rushed a bit and pressed the keys earlier/faster and changed the tempo of the song Sorry if you didn't get what I was trying to say Keyword : Tempo Dernière modification le 1409966160000 |

1. get into a comfortable position. Just relax while you're sitting on your chair, bed, whatever. 2. Hand position, again make it comfortable and that when you see a 'up arrow' you don't accidently hit the down arrow so I suggest using 2 hands. One with left arrow and up, the other down arrow and right arrow. 3. Make sure you are not too far away or too close to the screen! Trust me if you go too close then you will hurt your eyes and you won't have much space to observe the notes. Sitting too far away is ok i guess but you will react slowly to the notes so middle-ish distance from the screen. 4. Start off with easy songs so you get use to it! :) |

I hope they make a few good reforms to the way nekodancer works right now. The hitboxes on the notes are inconsistent and it's currently impossible to get a flawless performance on a song. |
