Well,All you have to do is focus to the arrows,Don't looked anywhere else. Try to get a Perfect,Look at the corners,
Be patient, You have nothing to rush for. If you're lagging i suggest you go to another room with less people.
Remember,Percentage is not everything,It's about the score and your accuracy,You need to focus.

Keep focusing,When it's Freestyle lift your hand and shake it around so you won't get cramp. Remember,Just because you're in the lead doesn't mean someone cannot pass you. If the song is not over there's nothing to be happy about. Focus,If you're not wearing headphone just listen to the song carefully,Try to match the song beat with the arrows then hit it at the right time, When it's around the center, When the arrows is approaching.

Your middle finger is doing a lot of moving then, unless your index finger is moving too. It's not really stable on your hands.
When I say stable, it's not easy to hit things precisely at all, even if you get 100%.
