Currently Nekodancer has no moderators, at least none that are active. Maybe applications should be opened, I myself would love to apply. I have some expierence mini-modding on other sites and owning my own unique species on CS, I'm online every day and I know better than to abuse the rank.

I know of a few others who would do great as moderators as well
