I suppose you're speaking about the Standalone version : it's unfortunately not possible at the moment, as Youtube videos do not play correctly within the actual standalone.

We will fix it as soon as we can but we have more important bugs to fix first.

you can always use baffler's standalone and use nekodancer's swf on the "Connect other" menu
im using it until the official standalone comes out
