As an international tribe consisting of EN, FR and PH, our mission would be to increase the FR population in the tribe.
The current population between the 3 nation in the tribe is of now EN > PH > FR.
To keep the balance intact, we have to increase the FR population.
Recruit as many as FR people as you can and become the Venator or may even become the FR Head of the tribe.
The most recruits and contribution wins, it's a hunting competition!
